Job Description

At City Fertility, compliance is more than systems and checklists—it’s about enabling safe, compassionate care for every patient. We are seeking a detail-driven Compliance Support Officer who takes pride in accuracy, collaboration and making a meaningful contribution behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values relationships, and wants to grow their career in healthcare compliance. This is a part-time position working three days per week.

Position Purpose

The Compliance Support Officer plays a vital role in supporting safe, high-quality fertility care. By maintaining quality documentation, credentialing, licences and audit readiness, this role ensures clinicians, counsellors and laboratory teams can focus on what matters most—supporting patients with confidence and care. Working closely with the national Compliance team, the role provides exposure to accreditation, quality systems and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate document control within the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Coordinate scheduled document reviews and manage master registers
  • Publish, archive and communicate updates to policies and procedures
  • Monitor immunisation and credentialing records for staff and practitioners
  • Coordinate RTAC licences, certifications and audit preparation
  • Support RTAC audit logistics, evidence collation and follow-up actions
  • Maintain registers for third-party practitioners and compliance activities
  • Coordinate electrical test and tag programs across sites
  • Provide administrative support to the Safety Committee
  • Prepare compliance reports, dashboards and registers
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and action tracking
  • Build respectful, collaborative relationships across clinical and corporate teams

What we are looking for?

  1. Experience in compliance, quality administration or health service support, with strong attention to detail
  2. Demonstrated document control and record-keeping experience, ideally within a QMS
  3. Understanding of healthcare accreditation and risk principles (e.g. RTAC or ISO-aligned systems)
  4. Clear, professional communication skills with a respectful, solutions-focused approach
  5. Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn compliance systems quickly
