We are seeking a Fertility Advice Coordinator to join our national call centre team based at our Brisbane Head Office in Newstead. In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate support and assisting with appointment bookings and general enquiries.
You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless and professional experience for every patient, while contributing to the success of our fertility services through your communication, coordination, and care.

Position Purpose
The Fertility Advice Coordinator is responsible for processing patient enquiries and assisting with appointment bookings, ensuring a compassionate and professional experience for individuals seeking fertility advice and treatment. This role supports the daily operations of the Fertility Advice Centre and contributes to the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective communication, administration and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality standards
- Liaise with clinical and admin teams to ensure continuity of care
- Support administrative tasks and documentation
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Stay informed about fertility services and communicate effectively with patients
- Uphold City Fertility’s Mission and Values in all interactions
Key Criteria
The successful candidate will bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the health industry or a call centre environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with patients and clinicians
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A genuine interest in fertility or women’s health, with a patient-centred approach
- Adaptability and teamwork, with a positive attitude and commitment to City Fertility’s Mission and Values
This role may suit a nurse ready to transition into a non-clinical, advisory position, guiding patients through their fertility journey, while also appealing to those with an interest in IVF healthcare and experience in customer service or call centre environments.
