The Opportunity

At our Gold Coast clinic, we combine cutting-edge fertility treatments with deeply personalised care. You will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and couples through every step of the process. Every day, your knowledge, empathy, and encouragement will make a real and lasting impact.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and manage patient treatment cycles/programs
  • Provide clear and unambiguous information and test results to patients
  • Conduct patient education sessions
  • Deliver peri-operative care for IVF procedures (or willingness to learn)
  • Provide general operational support of the clinic

Position Purpose

As an IVF Nurse Coordinator, you will be a trusted clinical guide for patients navigating their fertility journey. Your mission? Deliver safe, patient-centered care through expert coordination, clear communication, and compassionate support. You’ll collaborate with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and confident at each step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end IVF/ART treatment cycles
  • Provide empathetic communication and patient education
  • Manage theatre and procedure lists, resource allocation, and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with NSQHS standards
  • Mentor junior nurses and contribute to service improvement initiatives
  • Uphold patient privacy and compliance with all protocols

What We Are Looking For

  1. Bachelor of Nursing or higher qualification
  2. Registered Nurse / Midwife registered with AHPRA (2–3 years’ experience)
  3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  4. Ideally 1–2 years of IVF experience (follicle scanning advantageous)
  5. Strong communication and patient-focused approach
