Role: IVF Nurse Coordinator

About you (criteria) 

You will be patient focused, compassionate, supportive and a team culture promoter.

Ideally you will bring the following to the role:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Higher Qualifications (advantageous)
• Min 1 years' experience in the field of ART (IVF) nurse coordinator role is essential.
• Experience in donor coordination (advantageous).
• Peri-operative experience preferred but not essential—training available for motivated applicants.
• Basic / Intermediate Healthcare IT Platforms
• Ability to engage and build rapport with patients and clinicians
• Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of legislative and RTAC requirements to apply to protocols, policy, processes within a healthcare environment.
• Basic/Intermediate understanding of quality management systems (advantageous)
• A willingness to embrace City Fertility's Mission and Values

           A current driver's Licence will be required for this role.
