• Min 2 years experience in the health industry or a call centre environment
• Highly Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to engage with patients and clinicians
• A willingness to embrace City Fertility's Mission and Values
• Demonstrated administration experience and mentoring skills
• Conflict resolution and grievance self-management 
• Basic to Intermediate understanding of Women's Health or Fertility
• Teamwork Skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, decision maker
• Excellent time management
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Experience in the field of ART (IVF) (advantageous) 
• Positive Self Awareness and ability to self-assess
