Your Role:
As an IVF Nurse Coordinator working from Claremont you will:
- Coordinate and manage patient treatment cycles/programs
- Provide clear and unambiguous information and test results to patients
- Conduct patient education meetings
- Coordinate and manage patient medical administration
- General operational admin in support of the clinic
Qualifications and skills we value:
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally you will bring the following to the role:
- Dedicated Experience: High level of understanding of clinical nursing
- Industry Know-How: Donor and Surrogacy experience
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced understanding of Assisted Reproductive Technology procedures
- Patient Focus: A supportive and thoughtful approach to patient care.
- Precision Matters: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
In addition to the above, we also require:
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree (Registered Nurse)
- Practices in accordance with:
- Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses.
- National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and functions according to the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) Standards.
